Go on the project page and click on the heart shaped button "Follow the project" under the main image.
You will then be kept in the loop and receive all emails and news sent by the project creators to their backers.
You can go to your profile, in "My projects" to check the projects you are currently following. If you want to unfollow a project, just click back on the heart shaped button.
